Employees of African Travel, Inc. and its affiliated companies, and members of their families, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
The 'I Want to Go to Africa' contest is limited to one entry per person per household per email address. |

How to enter: |
|
|
|
|
Complete the on-line survey completely and accurately and submit your entry on-line. Entrants must answer all questions and fields as required. |

Prize drawing: |
|
|
|
|
On March 15, 2006, one entry will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the period of August 30, 2005 - March 15, 2006.
The number of valid entries received will determine odds of winning the prize. |

The Prize: |
|
|
|
|
Only one prize will be awarded, a one week trip including Roundtrip Air for Two (2) Persons from New York to South Africa and 4 nights
in Africa. The total retail value of the prize is from $7,500.00. The winner will be notified via email and phone. |
|
|
|
|
All Federal,
state and local taxes and fees incurred, if any, as a result of winning the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. |
|
|
|
|
The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable nor redeemable for cash. |
|
|
|
|
Winner agrees to
participate with African Travel, Inc. and its advertising agencies in publicizing or posting winner's name without further permission
or compensation. All entrants will receive an African Travel brochure and our email promotions. An entrant may opt-out of receiving
future emails by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of any African Travel email or by calling 1-800-421-8907, ext. 117. |

All participants agree to
release African Travel, Inc., their parent and affiliated companies and all of their respective directors, officers, partners, affiliates,
assigns, employees and agents from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs, and expenses of any kind whatsoever
and any property damage, personal injury, or death to any participant or third person arising out of or in connection with participation
in this contest or with the use of any prize awarded in connection with this contest. |

All decisions regarding how this
contest is conducted, the winning entry selection and the prize is awarded are final. If after the contest has begun, revisions or
updates to the contest rules are deemed necessary, such revisions will be posted on this page of our website. The decisions of African
Travel, Inc. management with regard to the interpretation of these rules shall be final. African Travel, Inc. reserves the right to
revise the end date this contest. |

If by reason of error, more prizes
are claimed than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing
to award the advertised prize. No more than one prize will be awarded. African Travel, Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right
to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating this contest's rules. It further reserves the right to
cancel, terminate or modify this contest if it is determined that it is not capable of completion as planned due to tampering, technical
failures or any other cause. |

This contest is void where prohibited
or restricted by law. Any deviation from these rules on the part of any entrant will render that entrant ineligible. In the case of a
challenge to these rules by a winner, that person shall forfeit all prizes in association with the contest. |
