This remarkable journey starts in Victoria Falls, where you and your family will witness the most awe- inspiring cascade of falling water on earth! Here, and throughout your vacation, the special needs of families are thoughtfully attended to: family- friendly accommodations with children’s menus, pint-sized robes, babysitting and activities for explorers of all ages. In Cape Town, there are endless wonders for kids to discover, from rescued cheetahs to warm water penguins. During game drives, the family will be in awe of the unimaginable game viewing, spotting animals such as lions, elephants, and leopards. Upon returning to the camp, parents will appreciate a well-deserved break while the kids enjoy special activities such as collecting pods, feathers and leaves, and learning how to identify different animal tracks. Fishing and frog safaris also form part of the program, as do arts, crafts and even cooking! Exploration, discovery and fun are on each day’s agenda during this exciting family safari for the young and the young-at-heart!

Kenya Family Trails
11 Days - Kenya
This multi-generational safari begins at an intimate bush home set at the site rumored to be ‘Pride Rock’. Perched at 6000 feet, the nights are cool and cozy fires are lit every night. Enthusiasts of all ages will enjoy gameviewing, mountain biking, horseback riding and visits to local villages. In the Masai Mara and Tsavo Reserves, rangers take children under their wing to track wildlife and observe crocodile and hippo fron an underwater platform. Then, on to an award-winning coastal villa where high energy fun includes snorkeling and wind surfing, while the more leisurely-inclined may enjoy massages or building sand castles along the white sand beaches. The owners of the four-suite villa have two youngsters and the house has been designed with children in mind. Two ayahs (nannies) are available, allowing each family to choose their own mix of togetherness and independence.

Whales & Wildlife Quest
13 Days - South Africa
