Day 4, Abedares
Drive north to the scenic forests of the Aberdares - home to a diverse range of woodland animals. An afternoon bush walk may bring you close to zebra, giraffe, ostrich and warthogs. In the evening, view the nocturnal activity around the waterhole and saltlick from the observation deck of your tree hotel.

Day 5, Mount Kenya
Travel to the world renowned Mount Kenya Safari Club. Along the way, visit the craft centers in Nanyuki, including the Spinners & Weavers, a women's self-help project. They produce beautiful African designs on cardigans, shawls, carpets, throws, pullovers, scarves and bedcovers - all of which are for sale at very reasonable prices.

Day 6, Samburu
Depart shortly after breakfast for a full day excursion to the Samburu Reserve. Aside from large herds of elephants, the area is home to a number of species not found in other parts of the country: Somali ostrich, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe and Grevy's zebra.

Day 7 - 9, Masai Mara Reserve
Today's wing safari lands in the Masai Mara - Kenya's top game viewing destination. Three wildlife activities per day are sure to conjure up magical sightings of lion, leopard, elephant
and many other species.

Day 10, Depart Nairobi
A final drive onto the plains before bidding farewell to the Mara, flying to Nairobi and onward
to your hometown destination.
